Reporting Procedure

Reporting procedure about illegal or unethical behavior for Amphenol


Amphenol encourages its employees and related personnel (eg. suppliers or customers) to discuss with their executive, manager or other appropriate personnel in the company (including company headquarter legal department) when they see illegal or immoral behaviors. And if in doubt, they can discuss the issue about what a good action to take in a certain case.


If the company's employees, managers and directors worry about any employees, managers or directors violates or may violate the rules of “Amphenol Corporation Code of Business Conduct and Ethics” (see company website, http://www.amphenol.com/investors/governance/code_of_conduct.html), or find the employees, managers, or directors have or may have other illegal or unethical behavior, they should contact with their supervisor or superior. If they think doesn't fit or is not convenient to discuss their doubts or complaints with its director or supervisor, they can also:
(1) call the company's ethics hotline: + 86-592-5936666-5180.

(2) send E-mail to the discipline of company executives: Administration@Amphenol-ast.com.


If employees are asked to keep secret or report anonymously for their concerns or complaints content, the company will keep those doubts and complaints in greatest degree of confidentiality, but sufficient security program is limited by examining needs and the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and legal procedure.


If any employee, managers or directors report or complain any violation behavior of “Amphenol Corporation Code of Business Conduct and Ethics” or other illegal or unethical behavior, Amphenol will never allow to take any forms of retaliation for the employees, managers and directors.
