| Requirements |
Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for preparing for customer audits and system audits, guiding system engineers to follow up on the rectification of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;

In charge of system document management, coordinating resources to promptly complete internal system data requirements and providing documents and materials needed by customers;

Analyze data related to the QEHSH system and quality costs, and drive relevant departments to make improvements based on the results of data analysis;

Conduct internal quality system surveillance audits, including system and process audits, and promote improvements;

Drive internal process optimization, implement business process improvements, and update system documents for standardization.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related STEM field, with over 5 years of experience in quality system management;

Familiarity with quality management systems and possession of internal auditor certificates for ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, etc;

Strong systematic logical thinking, good statistical methods, and data analysis skills;
-
Proficient in computer office operations, with strong English reading, writing, and communication abilities;

Proactive, hardworking, and capable of teamwork.
