| Requirements |
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design of high-speed PCBs and cable-end connectors.
2. SI (Signal Integrity) and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) simulation and testing of PCBs and connectors to meet customer requirements.
3. Analysis and improvement of SI and EMI failures.
4. Serve as a mentor for the SI team, guiding team members in their daily work.
5. Draft SI design guidelines and coach the team to enhance their theoretical knowledge.
6. Follow industry association standards and study industry technology trends.
Qualifications:
1. Doctoral or master's degree, majoring in Signal Integrity.
2. Extensive theoretical knowledge in designing high-performance SI products.
3. Proficiency in various SI equipment, PCB design, and SI software, such as TDR, VNA, CST, HFSS, PADS, etc.
4. Results-oriented mindset, strong stress resistance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English.
