Responsibilities:
1.Conduct recruitment for R&D, technical, and functional positions based on hiring needs.
2.Lead the onboarding process to help new hires integrate into the company culture.
3.Assist in organizing various company cultural activities.
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Requirements:
1.Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or English.
2.Experience: At least 5 years (inclusive) of recruitment experience. Experience in campus recruitment is preferred, and those with recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry will be given priority.
3.Language Skills: CET-6 (mandatory) or above, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred.
4.Personal Traits: Cheerful and team-oriented.
5.Skills: Strong internal and external communication and coordination abilities, as well as the ability to handle pressure.
