Job Description:
1.Employee Relations Management:Handle the onboarding, transfer, and offboarding procedures for both direct and indirect employees, as well as maintaining relevant system information.
2.Employee Care:Provide care and support for direct and indirect employees, and follow up on and resolve employee issues.
3.Corporate Culture Activities:Organize and enrich employee activities, including but not limited to major traditional festivals, company-specific events, and other specialized activities.
4.Other tasks assigned by leadership:Complete other tasks as assigned by the leadership.
Requirements:
1.Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or English.
2.Experience: At least two years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
3.Computer Skills: Proficient in using office software, especially Excel.
4.Language Skills: CET-4 or above, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred.
5.Personal Traits: Cheerful, hardworking, and team-oriented.
6.Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to handle pressure, and organizational and coordination abilities.
