2012-05-05 Xiamen Amphenol AST outward development training

On May 5th,2012, Xiamen Amphenol AST hold the outward development training, all of the salaried and clerk took part in it .The training is based on minimum physical agility risk ,maximum spiritual exceeding.And the purpose of this training is developing trainee’s proficiency,arousing teamwork and enhancing team’s cohesion.
At 8:30 in the morning,we took the bus to the developing bases named “zaishuiyifang”in Huian country ,Quanzhou city on time,On the trip,we played funny games for relax with the coaches ,After arriving at the base,we changed our own clothes to BDU, divided into three camps,and set up 9 teams ,choosed each team leader etc,
There were many abundant and irritative training programs,such as dragon-boat racing、super computer、ball full of water relay and the exciting grabing horizontal bar、walking across the ladder both on thigh .Every camp did the different program in the same time.It not only showed one’s psychological diathesis of conquer oneself, but team-work and the encouragement from parters ,especially grabing horizontal bar on high.When one program was over,each one of the team would discuss together,exchange own knowledge gained from the program,summarize shortage and improved themselves,which builded a nice communication atmosphere and enhancing team’s cohesion. During the period ,AST GM Alan showed his kindly greeting and care to us,thanks Alan and it encouraged us very much.At the end,the HR manager Nancy and the chief coach awarded the prize to the best team and person from each team warmly.
No matter How tired we were, still full of he pleasure and excitement .So,We all gave a high appraisal on this training. Fortunately,the outward development training of AST had a perfect ending. .
