On May 9th,2012,the training show conducted by AST internal trainers hold on schedule
It was the time for showing to all because of the enough preparation in past months.After a DV show about the internal trainers,they began to show their interesting issues,funny but intelligent.All of them got the warm applause and kindly resonance. In the end,GM Alan gave the comments of each one of them ,encouragement and expect ,operation director Leon and senior trainer Ms Rao also came up with the relevant suggestions for them.Ms Rao、Alan and HR&Admin manager Nancy award respectively the gold medal trainers、senior trainers and Intermediate trainers with qualification certificate 、training book and reward.
AST internal trainer team is the team which providing the professional instruction to improve their training and curriculum developing skills,and the constructive items are based in “adding value both of trainers and staff’. Fortunately ,the show had a perfect ending,we believe that they will bring something new for AST,and we all look forward to it.
