On September 16th, 2014, the opening training of the 4th grassroots cadres training camp was held successfully after strict interview screening by our GM Alan , which was showed with the theme of Trust. Trust is the most important relationship between the team leaders and labors , which is the foundation of a harmonious working environment, and could improve the work efficiency, and Alan also focused on showing how to build trust.
We hope that all grass-roots cadres could grasp the principles of trust, have continuous self-improvement, and be excellent ASTers .
