UAST invited a famous expert Cathleen to give a lecture Leader as Coach in June.6. Participants could learn a lot of knowledge via interactive learning approaches, including what coaching is, as a newly emerged discipline, and how it helps in business setting; the benefits for leaders to take the Leader Coach role, from both personal and organizational perspectives; how to think and behave as a Leader Coach to increase influencing power; how to implement coaching in daily job as appropriate. The lecture was designed to help participants produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives and hope them improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.
