On December 13th&14th, 2013,our company organized the two-day training of quality cost management successfully , the participants t mainly came from these departments such as Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing and Project Management.
The quality cost management training was showed around the concept of quality cost, use, control and significance, with using a variety of tools, the application of matrix, etc., which leaded to the quality cost the necessity of immediate implementation and the quality cost control. We hope that all the participants could learn something from the training, form good cost consciousness, complete the quality cost management in real work!
