On October 17th, 2013, the AST internal training course with the theme of How to effectively motivate subordinates was released successfully, which was led by AST internal trainer Mr. Su in a pleasant atmosphere. The course was showed around what is incentive and how to motivate with games and cases for emphasizing the importance of the incentives.
AS the importance of incentives, we hope that all the supervisors and seniors would gain more and use the knowledge to motive our staffs ,and then add value for themselves and our company.
