On July 12th and 19th,2012, AST organized a training for new indirect employees who joined into AST from February of 2012.The training included the introduction and tutorials of the company's enterprise culture, HR policys and the responsibilities of the staff communication, which aimed to make new employees learn about the company more quickly ,and grow faster
