Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate the sales strategy and sales targets for the region and achieve the annual sales performance.
2. Coordinate the development and visit plans for customers within the region, and handle the long-term cooperative relationships between customers and the factory.
3. Actively explore new markets, new fields and new customers; meanwhile, maintain good cooperation and communication with existing customers, collect and sort out their demands and pain points, gather the development trends of the industry and the situation of competitors, and promptly feed back this information to relevant departments of the company.
4. Assist in the collection of payment for goods.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Good command of English reading and writing.
3. Familiar with the operation process of the electronic manufacturing industry.
4. Familiar with the sales model of electronic products and capable of independently developing customers.
5. At least 8 years of sales experience in related industries, such as cables and wire harnesses, server hardware integration, electronic manufacturing services, etc.
6. Outgoing, stable personality, strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented.
7. Willing to travel. Travel mainly within South China, including occasional business trips for company events and training.
