Job Responsibilities:

Issue material purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely arrival of materials.

Coordinate with PMC to adjust order scheduling and provide timely feedback on arrival status.

Evaluate supplier delivery performance and track capacity alerts.

Implement inventory policies, manage safety stock, and allocate materials for urgent demands.

Control order quantities for special materials and manage supplier overstocking beyond orders.

Collaborate across departments and participate in material analysis and communication for NPI new projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience; preference for majors in mathematics or related fields.

CET-6 certificate with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Proficient in office software; preference for candidates skilled in data analysis tools.

Strong numerical sensitivity, proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork and service awareness.
