Job Responsibilities:
1. Design of high-speed cable-end connectors;
2. Collaborate with EE (Electrical Engineering) and SI (Signal Integrity) engineers to provide comprehensive cable assembly solutions for data centers;
3. Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) assessments, define and follow up on product development milestones.
4. Product validation, defect analysis, and improvement;
5. Follow industry association standards and study industry technology trends.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in a mechanical-related field;
2. CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) certification, with fluent English proficiency;
3. Proficient in computer usage, familiar with 2D and 3D drawing, and skilled in using Pro/E and CAD software;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills;
5. Interest in technology, eager to learn and improve, willing to research and work hard.
