Responsibilities:
1. Lead product process development and provide support for sample production.
2. Ensure smooth transition of new products into mass production.
3. Analyze and handle product anomalies, implement process improvements.
4. Prepare and present product process documentation, including flow charts and PFMEA.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering fields. Associate Colledge with extensive relevant experience may also be considered. Major in Science or Engineering fields.
2. Over 3 years of industry experience; familiar with project development processes and experienced in process development and improvement.
3. Proficient in common drawing software; good spoken and written English is preferred.
