Job Responsibilities:
1. In charge of daily management of the company sample team, including employee motivation and employee relationship management.
2. Overall arrange incoming sample requests, follow up sample development progress, organize resource adjustment of sample plans in a timely manner, and ensure on-time delivery with qualified quality.
3. Follow up abnormal production process issues, communicate and coordinate improvements with ME andQE teams timely, and complete closed-loop management of process problems.
4. Responsible for on-site 5S management and employee performance management.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with more than 3 years working experience in the wire and cable assembly industry.
2. Familiar with the production process of wire and cable assembly, with at least 2 years of production management experience.
3. Possess good organizational and management skills, able to fully motivate subordinates; proficient in office software.
4. Good at cross-department communication and coordination, with strong stress resistance.
