Job Responsibilities:
1. Track and analyze trends in automotive E/E architectures for ADAS/AD and intelligent cockpit domains.
2. Quantify data-rate requirements driven by new architecture trends; assess the impact of data on system and vehicle-level functions and run related simulations.
3. Benchmark E/E architectures of various OEMs to identify commonalities and evolution trends in high-speed interconnect needs; evaluate pros and cons of different high-speed link solutions for architectural performance.
4. Use quantified data and simulation results to guide and support the development of automotive high-speed connectivity products.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive E/E architecture design and functional-safety performance evaluation at an OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
2. In-depth knowledge of ADAS domain controllers and cockpit domain controllers, including the high-speed interconnect schemes employed in different architecture variants.
3. Strong ability to analyze the influence of various high-speed interconnect solutions on vehicle-level safety performance.
4. Expert user of simulation tools for verifying electrical/electronic functions and safety performance, with focus on high-speed signal integrity and stability.
