Job Responsibilities:
1. Verify the authenticity and accuracy of order information entered by customer service representatives, and confirm it in the system;
2. Check whether newly entered orders need substitution;
3. Review prices and order entries;
4. Enter HUB orders monthly based on approved HUB orders.;
5. System operation: Adjust order information in the system according to the information provided by CSR, and maintain system information;
6. Information and data sorting: Collate and report daily order data, assist customer representatives in sorting out shipping documents, FCST data, etc.;
7. Administrative and logistics affairs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates or those with 1 year of relevant work experience are acceptable;
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; priority will be given to those with skills in Power BI/AI tools;
3. CET-6 or above, with certain English reading and writing abilities (required);
4. Good communication, expression, coordination, execution and learning abilities.;
5. Enthusiastic, careful, strong sense of responsibility, and those who are hard-working are preferred.
