| Requirements |
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design of automotive connectors and related structural mechanics simulation, and assist SI engineers in product SI simulation.
2. Lead the evaluation of DFMEA/DFM in new product development.
3. Interpret automotive industry standards and related OEM customers' internal corporate standards.
4. Test and verify product reliability and obtain approval to ensure smooth mass production introduction of new products.
5. Regularly conduct market research on automotive industry development trends and analyze key information to define new product development
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or related fields, with over 5 years of design experience in automotive connectors. Experience in developing connected car high-speed connectors is preferred.
2. Proficient in 3D design software Creo and CAD, and able to use simulation software to evaluate product structural designs.
3. Familiar with automotive connector testing standards.
4. Independent capability to complete DFMEA and APQP-related engineering documents.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, and proficient English reading and writing abilities.
6. High stress tolerance.
