Job
Responsibilities:
1. 1.Issue material purchase orders,
control delivery schedules, and ensure materials arrive on time;
2. 2.Coordinate with the Production and
Material Control (PMC) team to adjust order scheduling and provide timely
updates on arrival information;
3. 3.Evaluate supplier delivery
performance and track capacity alerts;
4. 4.Implement inventory policies, manage
safety stock, and allocate materials for emergency needs;
5. 5.Control the order quantities of
special materials and monitor suppliers' excess inventory beyond order
requirements;
6. 6.Collaborate across departments and
participate in material analysis and communication for New Product Introduction
(NPI) projects.
Qualifications:
1. 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at
least 2 years of relevant experience; outstanding recent graduates are also
welcome;
2. 2.English proficiency at the CET-6
level or above, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing
skills;
3. 3.Proficient in using office software;
experience with data analysis tools is preferred;
4. 4.Numerically sensitive, proactive, and
strong in teamwork and service orientation;
5. 5.Willingness to undertake short-term
overseas business trips.
