Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on current production status and product requirements, plan and design automation projects.
2. Develop custom non-standard automated equipment, estimate costs and benefits.
3. Follow up and guide the procurement, installation, and debugging of parts for non-standard automated equipment.
4. Conduct market research on automated equipment, evaluate and introduce externally purchased equipment.
5. Upgrade and retrofit existing equipment, perform 3D/2D mechanical design.
Qualifications:
1. Over 5 years of experience in designing non-standard automation mechanisms within the industry; Associate degree or above.
2. Proficient in materials for automation components, machining processes and methods, heat treatment, and surface treatment technologies.
3. Skilled in using office and design software such as MS Office, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.
