| Requirements |
Responsibilities:
1.Assess production capacity and resource requirements based on customer demands and material conditions, allocate resources, and meet customer needs;
2.Develop an optimized production schedule in accordance with the predetermined delivery plan;
3.Monitor production progress, adjust production arrangements, and organize resources to achieve the scheduled deliveries.
Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
2.Proficient in production planning and management knowledge, with a good grasp of production management and material management concepts. Familiarity with ERP software systems and operations is required;
3.Skilled in using Excel software and strong English reading and writing abilities;
4.Proactive and strong in execution, with attention to detail;
5.Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
