| Requirements |
Responsibilities:
1.Collect information on new projects and conduct project assessments and filtering. Interpret and analyze customer requirements and translate them into internal tasks;
2.Be responsible for project-related tasks such as quoting, drawing, prototyping, EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials), and ECN (Engineering Change Notice). Track project progress, report project status, drive project execution according to the plan, and identify potential project risks with corresponding mitigation measures;
3.Monitor and provide feedback on the status of quotations and prototype approvals. Handle ECN change notifications between customers and the factory;
4.Take charge of customer visits and receptions related to projects. Assist sales in exploring new business opportunities with existing customers and identifying new clients.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of project management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry;
2.Have a good knowledge of project management principles, CET-4 level or above, with the ability to communicate fluently in English;
3.Strong business thinking, excellent communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and the capacity to handle pressure;
4.A strong sense of responsibility.
