Job Responsibility：
1、Formulate workshop
group target plans according to various departmental indicators;
2、Formulate monthly tasks and implementation plans according to the actual
situation of the group;
3、According to the
weekly production plan, coordinate existing resources and equipment to arrange
normal production operation;
4、Approve the monthly performance appraisal of
employees and check the monthly appraisal data of each group;
5、Formulate and implement quality training plans and
assessments;
6、Assist the production manager in supervising and managing the safety of
the area under jurisdiction.
Requirement：
1、More than 10 years of production supervisor
experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, more than 15 years of
personnel management experience, familiar with production site management, more
than 5 years of production plan work experience；
2、Familiar with TPM, familiar with the operation of computer Word Excel；
3、 Strong communication and coordination organization
abilities, planning and execution abilities；
4、Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination
abilities, stress-resistant. Positive and optimistic.
