Responsibility：
1.Collect, clean and process
business data from existing systems；
2.Data analysis and mining to
extract valuable insights and provide the basis for business decisions;
3.Based on research and
development, production, logistics and other parts, design and complete various
algorithm models;
4.Deploy machine learning models
to link with existing systems and fulfill business needs while ensuring model
stability and scalability;
5.Keep up with the latest advances in machine learning technologies and algorithms, and explore how these new technologies can be applied to enterprise scenarios;
6.Share the latest research results and technology developments internally to promote the technical growth of the team;
7.Complete specific tasks as required by the leader.
Description of Duties：
1.At least 3 years machine learning experience,Bachelor or above, and major in Computer
science, Communication engineering, statistics;
2.Master probability theory,
mathematical statistics, optimization and other mathematical fundamentals, with
CV/NLP and other machine learning expertise;
3.Familiar with database reading
and writing and SQL query, experience in big data development is preferred.;
4.Familiar with the Python
programming language, common machine learning repository, for example:
TensorFlow PyTorch/Sklearn, etc;
5.Proficient in Pandas/Numpy and
other data analysis tools, able to combine Sklearn/Scipy and other features
selection, model training and evaluation;
6.Good logical thinking ability,
self-study ability and communication and cooperation ability;
7.Familiar with the design and
implementation of RESTful API, familiar with Flask interface development;
8.Familiar with transformer architecture, understand ChatGPT/Llama/Qwen and
other large model principle and use method, FT/RAG experience is preferred.
