Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve technical issues in the wire harness assembly product process.

Lead initiatives to improve production process capabilities and enhance production efficiency.

Provide guidance and training to engineers and technicians to enhance their process technology skills.

Assist in special technical improvement projects to boost product and process competitiveness.

Lead the development of internal process technology specification documents.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or above.
-
Over five years of experience in the Cable Assembly industry and manufacturing technology.

Familiarity with wire harness assembly processes and equipment for SAS, WH, and consumer electronics. Experience with cutting-edge wire harness assembly products is preferred.

Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively, with proficiency in using relevant data analysis tools.

Experience in team leadership and strong management and communication skills.

Proficiency in operating office software and CAD drawing tools.
-
Proactive, hardworking, and a good team player.
