Job Description:
1. Research and develop new materials with low loss and high flame retardancy in cooperation with universities and research institutes;
2. Improve the existing PP, PE and other materials to enhance the performance of heat resistance and flame retardancy;
3. Cooperate with cable manufacturers to verify the properties of the new materials;
4. Establish a material library and material selection guides.
Requirement:
1. Ph.D. degree, majoring in materials;
2. Solid knowledge of material theory;
3. Strong innovative thinking, result orientation, strong pressure resistance, and good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
