Job Description:

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the bonded data:

• Monitor daily inventory balance according to daily import-export data to avoid negative inventory;
• Resolve warehouses import -export abnormal data;

Bonded materials, finished goods, BOM maintenance:

• Be responsible for materials, finished goods, BOM filling on Customs system;
• Be responsible for materials, finished goods, BOM updates on Customs system;

Customs stocktaking, inspection, investigation organization:

• Be in charge of the preparation works prior the Customs Officer audit including prior communication with Customs Officers; coordination with other related internal departments; schedule planning and ensure that all relating units would meet the timelines to complete relevant tasks and training; data comparison; reports making; inventory differences handling, performance tracking;
• Coordinate with Customs Officers in irregular inspection and investigation, organize the coordination work inside and outside the factory, provide relevant document, reports according to customs requirements ;

Conduct cost analysis:

• Based on cost analysis, pricing & quotation checking;
• Abnormality handling;
• Sister companies data reconciliation;

Maintain good relationship with Customs Dept.:

• Daily liaison with Customs to be updated the latest information;
• Communicate and cooperate with the Competent Customs Officer to build and earn trust;

Overall coordination within the Logistics department:

• Overall control and manage backup of work within the department ;
• Resolve any arising problems;

Collaborate with other departments:

• Collaborate with other departments;
• Build a good relationship with other departments;

• College/University or above, Major: Logistics, Foreign Trade;
• Chinese speaking (preferred), International Certification Logistics Engineers (preferred);
• Over 3 years experiences in production bonded management, over 1-year working experience in the international logistic industry;
• Proficient understanding of bonded management concepts, data analytical skills, knowledge in logistics such as shipment, the import-export declaration to a local governmental authority, understanding of applicable computer system, Chinese language capability will be a very good advantage. Good command of English, proficient presentation skill;
• Good communication skill, execution, and learning capability, teamwork;
