Job Description:
1.Responsible for internal high-speed and wireharness cable assembly design.
2.To provide product proposal, drawing,quotation,sampling,EBOM,etc.
3.1 Do DFMEA to make sure the design is manufacturable.
4.1 Product verification, failure analysis, improvement action.
5." To transfer product qualification documents to production/quality team.
1. 负责内部高速电缆及线束的组装设计工作。
2. 提供产品方案、图纸、报价单、样品、EBOM等相关资料。
3.1 进行DFMEA分析，以确保设计具备可制造性。
4.1 产品验证、故障分析以及改进措施的实施。
5. 将产品合格证明文件移交给生产/质量部门。
Requirement:
1. Fresh graduate, Bachelor Degree or above, mechanical/electronics or related majors with good studies.
2.Familiar Pro/E,CAD.
3.Result driven and be able to work independently under pressure.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
1. 应为应届毕业生，拥有机械/电子或相关专业的学士学位，学习成绩优异。
2. 熟练掌握Pro/E及CAD软件。
3. 具有结果导向意识，能够在压力下独立完成任务。
4. 拥有良好的沟通能力和人际交往技巧。
