Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze data related to quality targets achievement to identify quality improvement projects.
2. Be responsible for the implementation of ongoing quality improvement project initiatives.
3. Organize and urge associated personnel to formulate/amend/review relevant documents and processes to standardize quality improvements and promote them horizontally.
4. Assist in planning Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities, advancing project progress, providing process guidance, and concluding reviews.
5. Assist in implementing improvement projects for quality/process issues identified in various internal and external audits.
6. Execute tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or any Science and Technology major, with over 3 years of relevant experience in technology and quality management.
2. Knowledgeable about production quality management systems; having ISO9000, IATF16949 auditor certificates is preferred.
3. Possess some statistical methods and data analysis capabilities; familiarity with 6SIGMA quality management tools is a plus.
4. Good organizational and coordination skills, adept at communication, and capable of working under pressure.
5. Proficient in office computer operations, with good verbal English, oral English is preferred.
6. Able to be proactive, hardworking, and cooperative as a team player.
