On April 11th,2012,AST GM Alan attended the whole operators meeting ,The operation director、senior quality manager、production manager and HR manager also took part in it..
Look back the past quarter, though something difficultly was happened,the volume of production in March promoted obviously compared with the past
mouths .It proved that the whole staff all worked hard. Alan showed the sincerel gratitude and high ratification to them in the meeting.Then ,Alan rewarded the excellent staff and team,confirming they performance and congratulating them ardently.
Alan advocated the fair management ,he left his mailbox and phone number for all oprrators on the spot,and encouraged them to response anything unfairly about the management to him directly. It embodies the enterprise culture of People First in AST ,and Alan’s love for all staff.
The Quarte1 of 2012 has past,and we also would face the new challenge and opportunity in the new Quarte,While we believe that we will be better and better in Alan’s leading and encouragement.
