Production and QC team leaders attended a team-building lecture prepared by AST experience trainer Mavis on Marh.18th , which aimed to help these team leader to be a successful internal trainer.
How to be a good trainer was the main theme of the lecture. Mavis help them to know why they feel nervous standing at the rostrum and how to give over it.
Mavis taught them step by step and learners performed actively. Keep learning is one of AST company culture.
