As what we know, our firstling internal trainers have been developing very well in the past one year and our UAST has initiated the 2nd term internal trainer program across team since August to create more value and self-promotion and learning opportunity to more people. Through rounds of training, coaching and assessing by training professional and our senior internal trainers, on Nov. 5th, 2013, the Training Show Competition across 2nd term internal trainers was held.
It was a wonderful show here, there were 14 trainers sharing their elaborate subjects with composed and wise style. In the end of the show ,the trainers in the top 3 were certified as AST Intermediate Trainer, and their tutors were awarded the Best Tutor in 2013. As their wonderful performance, we were looking forward to the development of AST internal trainer team ,and injecting new vitality for AST in the near future learning institute!
