In July ,2013, our company organized the psychological consultant trainings in 3 weeks ,there were over 80 staffs taking part in them ,and the course contents included team building and development, effective communication, interpersonal conflict, emotional and stress management, a positive mental attitude, establishing good relationships. Those trainees who had successfully passed the graduation exam organized by Human Resources and Social Security Ministry in Xiamen, will also win the certificate of psychological consultant issued by Xiamen Labor Bureau.
