In order to further improve cross-departmental team communication and collaboration, on August 9th, 2013, our company organized a one-day training of Cross-functional team communication and collaboration successfully for all the salaried and clerk.
The training contents were around the meaning and purpose of the communication, inter-departmental communication common disorder and elements, key points, methods, and how to improve their ability to convince, with combination of team games, and life stories ,the famous trainer Mr. ChunLin brought a brilliant training for everyone.
We believe that after the training we can more mutual understanding to reach a consensus, continue to express the AST team cooperation spirit, and be more smooth in the cross-functional l communication and cooperation!
